Wonderfully flavoured, rich creamy pistachio or mango ice cream presented in individual dishes.

Small, cooked choux pastry buns filled with fresh dairy cream individually frozen.  Also contained in each box are 3 sachets of thick, dark chocolate sauce.

A rich egg custard topped with a crisp caramelised sugar coating.

Individual creme bruleés containing a selection of summer fruits.

Lemon ice-cream topped with a sugar coating supplied in individual terracotta dishes.

Raspberry and Redcurrent Filo Tart  -  (12  portions) 
A rich pastry case filled with raspberries, redcurrents and pears, topped with golden filo pastry and finished with a light dusting of icing sugar.   Pre-cut.
